I am the Director of Learning Services for Cooperative Education Service Agency #7 located in Green Bay, Wisconsin where we are responsible for serving 38 school districts in the region. I previously served as a superintendent, principal and classroom teacher.
I hold a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Policy Analysis from UW-Madison, a master’s in Educational Administration from UW-Madison, a master’s in Reading Education from UW-Oshkosh, and a bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from UW-Eau Claire. Previous to my current role, I served school districts as a teacher, principal, and superintedent. My leadership work includes: School Turn-Around, Closing the Excellence Gap, Redefining Ready, Educator Effectiveness, Professional Learning Communities, Professional Coaching, and Academic and Career Planning.
My husband and I have two sons: Adam attends UW-Madison and Sam is in high school. I am an avid reader and love to play golf.
